Our Syrah James Gang Reserve is full bodied, robust, and packed with rich berry fruit flavors. This wine is aged in medium plus toasted French oak barrels imparting a sweet baking spice, caramel. and smoky flavors. Luscious, chewy, and satisfying.
Food Pairings: Pair with smoked duck breast topped with a cherry compote. Try with veal shank Osso Buco atop mushroom risotto. Balsamic barbeque chicken with grilled zucchini. Pulled pork sandwiches topped with blue cheese crumbles and a side of slaw. Aged cheeses, goat cheese, smoked Gouda, Blue cheese, Beecher’s Cheddar and Camembert.
